How far in advance should I order?
Please message at least 3 days before you need your order. We reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and pickup details.
How do I pay?
TWINT or cash on pickup, no online payment is needed.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Pickup is in Eglisau, Zürich. Delivery within the Zurich region is available on request; just ask via WhatsApp when you order.
Are your desserts allergen-free?
Each product lists its allergens, but our home kitchen is not certified allergen-free or cross-contamination-controlled. Please check the allergen list on each product and message us with any concerns.
Can I request a custom size or message on a cake?
Every cake is handmade to order. For a specific size, occasion, or message, just ask via WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.
How should I store my order?
Keep cakes and desserts refrigerated at +2…+5 °C and enjoy within 2–3 days. Take them out about 15–20 minutes before serving.
Do you take orders for cafés or events?
Yes. Private and business orders go through the same WhatsApp channel and catalog.
